We collect live GPS location only during working hours for field staff. Location data may be captured:

Location tracking stops automatically after Clock-Out.

• Clock-In / Clock-Out timestamps

• Storage – for temporary file handling if required by specific features

This App is intended exclusively for employees of TernMax Logistics who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
